Court Order Includes;

Claim for Possession

Representation in court by a company regulated by the SRA.

Crucially includes dealing with a last minute defence £390 (inclusive) + Court fee

Court Bailiff Includes;

Court bailiff

If a possession order has been granted and the tenant still fails to vacate save for the court fee we will arrange free of charge the full application for the bailiff.
